Shipping Issue Update (updated almost daily)

UPDATE 06/12/26 as of today, we have fired yet another company that was trying to "help us". I found one of the errors in the code and fixed it myself. So that has helped, but So far the system is charging higher rates and we have been refunding the difference on 65% of order that have a refund available. Please bare with us as we try to figure this out.

UPDATE 06/09/26 as of today we have found that if you order an item by the case, you will have to ship each item separately. meaning you need to place 2 orders if you want to order 2 cases, 3 orders for 3 cases etc. We are still not sure why this is happening. If you can help, we'd really appreciate it!

06/05/2026 We are so sorry that this is happening. We are not sure why but after a recent Shopify update our shipping parameters are completely messed up.

If you know anyone that knows how to fix websites and works with Shopify, please send them our way.

For some reason, it ships 2 completely different cases (different sizes, weights) as one box rather than splitting them up. But when it gives the rate it shows the rate for 1 box that is completely different from what is ordered. We can't figure it out.

If you want to guarantee your items to ship, please select the highest shipping rate available. After you submit your order, we are able to select the cheaper shipping options and refund you the difference. I know this sounds outrageous but I just don't know how else to ship out your supplies.

For most orders we have seen that the actual shipping rate is $150 or more for 2 or more cases. This is because our products come in boxes that are really big and bulky.

for 1-2 item/cases orders we have seen shipping rates for $45 to $120. even as low as $15 depending on the item.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to solve this issue.

Look at the photo. It charged me $265 but when i process the shipment, I can send it for $48 but it won't show the customer that option and because of that, they don't make a purchase.
